  7. Cider production: Apple types, use of pears, Traditional production methods vs commercial practice.

Advanced Certificate & MS Diploma

  1. Malt types and production techniques.
  2. Best known hop varieties.
  3. Brewing practices: Dry Hoppping, Krausening etc.
