An English wine estate in Appledore, Kent, which planted its first vines in 2004.

Gusbourne planted its first vines in 2004 and farms 60 hectares of its estate at Appledore in Kent, growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and making its sparkling wines by the traditional method.

Its first vintages, both from 2006, were released in 2010 — which makes it a useful measure of how quickly English sparkling wine arrived.
