The Champagne House behind the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge.
Sommeliers meet Ruinart through the Challenge. It opens with four wines poured blind — still or sparkling, from anywhere — and a candidate is judged on how they describe them, what food they would put with them, and at what temperature they would serve them.
It is the Court’s exam conditions in a single day, and the winner of each national edition goes to the Champagne region the following year for four days of training.
