You do not book a Court course the way you book a hotel room. You apply first, and the Court replies. Each level has its own application form on the Court’s website, and the forms all begin the same way: to register, you will first need to apply.

01The steps
The process is short, and it runs the same way at every level:

02What the form asks
The application forms for the Introductory, Certified, Advanced and Master levels ask for the same details. Your name, email and phone number are required. The form also asks for your date of birth and your address, and for a short account of yourself and your current experience in beverage service.
The last field is the course itself. The form asks which course you are applying for and lists the dates on offer, so you apply for a specific course rather than for a level in general. The application form for each course or examination sits beside it on the Court’s website, together with the fees and qualifications.
The account of your experience matters more than it looks. Every candidate needs an appropriate amount of service experience in hospitality, working with wine and beverages, and that experience is judged individually for each candidate.
